Explosion of flavor and complexity. One those coffees that is a classic rio Negro. It has a lot of layers. We got a lot of different notes for this coffee from red papaya to red fruits and event melon. 

There are actually some right answers, because it is a big blend of different juices that seep into the coffee beans. Jhon wanted this coffee to be a big BAM. It brings in some familiar fresh flavors, but the fermentation also creates some flavors that we are probably most used to in sodas or candies.
