Tres Santandereanos

Our dear friend Felix is an expert in simple clean coffees. He usually stays very very simple for his proceses. For the past two years he has been hesitantly playing with fermentations and growing original varietals. 

This coffee doesn't taste like a special process coffee. But it's actually three different proceses. He processed separately Colombia, Castillo and Caturra. It is not the easiest coffee to roast but you can bring out a lot of different profiles. 

It will mostly work well for single origin espressos with its chocolatey and orange flavors.
