Punchy Jasmin

This Sidra and the Bumble Passion are the crown jewels of our collection in my opinion. The Punchy Petal  has the price advantage though. Yes it does have a few imperfections for now. I don't believe that Edison can yet afford to remove every single impurity in the coffee like the more famous farms do (otherwise the price would be much higher). But really this coffee is an art piece.

Almost everyone comes up with new descriptors when trying it, I heard lychee, apple, plum. For me it's very obviously passion fruit. But from people's feedback it's obviously wrong. Or partially wrong.

We are transported in a world of flavors dancing between passion fruit-iness and aromatic delicate flower-iness. I'm still excited to try it in many different forms.
