FAQ

What's your pricing structure?

If we pick beans from our current sample list then we don't charge anything except the shipping of the beans from Colombia (which can be very high 300USD+).

If you are looking for something very specific we do not have in our list. For instance "5 Laurinas from 5 different regions with an acidic profile and scoring 85+ ". We will charge 1000 dollars as a base.

Then we can add logistics plan, negotiate with the farmers, the cost of sending samples and other legal requirements to get the product to you. We can also add marketing content such as write ups, promotional videos or photos at the farm...

Can I talk directly to the farm?

Yes Yes Yes! We want to create direct relationships between you and the farms. If you want to cut us out of the conversation at any time don't feel bad about it.

How long does it take for coffee to reach Thailand?

It really depends on the quantity. For any shipping under a ton we will use planes and it can arrive in 2 days. But we prefer not to. We prefer making 4 boat shipments a year. We will add your order to our shipment as you make it. Then it will take about two months to get to Thailand.

It is important to note that if you find the coffee you love, then it's not always that easy to ship it right away. Some farms have harvests all year long and others don't. We have to take into consideration the harvest period to see how long it will take to arrive.

Can I see your product list?

Yes! But not now unfortunately we are building the list. Right now on our site we only have the beans that will be in our Thai warehouse.

Where are the beans stored?

If the beans are in stock in Thailand then we store them here. Then we ship them directly to you. The beans are stored green.

If not we store the beans in our warehouse in Bogota where the weather is much cooler and drier than the rest of Colombia. The beans are stored in parchment, and dry milled the day before it is shipped.

Sometimes the beans are just not there so the farmers can have some stock. Or the stock is just in the coffee trees waiting to be destocked during the harvest.
