Jhon is quiet , Jhon is shy , Jhon doesn't speak much at first. But get him started on coffee and you will need a few lifetimes to go retain half of his knowledge. He processed for the best, learned from the best and now it's time for him to known as one of the greats.

He never stops to amaze me, he knows so much about processes, agronomic practices, coffee genetics and more. We were so shocked when we visited his farm to see how well organized all the trees were. It didn't feel like a family operation.
